Senior Product Manager (Developer Experience) Reigate / WFH to £125k

Are you a technical Product Manager with a software development background? You could be progressing your career working on complex and technically challenging systems with continual learning opportunities a global FinTech.

As a Senior Product Manager you'll focus on a newly developed, centralised Developer Platform, for use by internal software engineering teams to bring consistency and enable faster deployment. You'll own the overall vision for the creation of Platform components that deliver value and speed, working closely with the Platform Architect and users (i.e. software engineers) to ensure robust and innovative architecture and technology strategies are embedded in the Platform.

You'll ensure product roadmaps are dynamic, transparent and communicated, make key decisions on Platform features and play a key role within the wider programme to deliver a range of improvements.

WFH Policy:

There's a hybrid work from model, you can work from most of the week, meeting up with colleagues in Reigate 1-2 days a week in modern, open plan offices within a five minute walk of the station; there's a smart casual dress code and a good work / life balance.

About you:

• You are a Product Manager with a software development background (the tech stack is based on modern C# .Net Core but you could come from any programming language)
• You have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and understanding of software engineer's pain points
• You have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
• You have strong Project Management skills including dependency management and blocker removal
• You have experience of contributing to company wide strategic product visions
• You have a good understanding of public cloud and SaaS
