Senior Project Manager / Team Lead London / WFH to £110k

Are you a tech savvy Project Manager looking for a role where you can remain hands-on whilst managing and developing others?

You could be progressing your career at a highly successful financial software house whose award winning software enables customers to build high-performance web trading apps that deliver real-time information securely and reliably.

As a Senior Project Manager / Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic front-office projects across the company's financial markets client base. This is a high-impact role that combines technical delivery with significant client exposure, you'll partner with senior stakeholders at Tier 1 banks and investment firms to define business needs and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

You will also provide line management and leadership to a small team, helping to develop them via appraisals, 1-2-1s and mentoring.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, joining colleagues in the London office twice a week.

About you:

• You are an experienced Project Manager with financial services experience, FX preferred
• You have strong technical Agile project management experience (e.g. Scrum XP, Kanban, Lean)
• You have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and have worked with backend software engineering teams
• You have strong client facing skills and experience, managing external relationships within complex corporate environments
• You have experience of leading and developing others
