Senior Software Engineer / Developer (C++ 17 Linux SQL) London / WFH to £120k

Global-leading FinTech is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of strategic enhancements on their core platform, as well as directly on bespoke client projects.

Your role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building unique technical solutions, meeting user requirements and contributing to the evolution of the cutting-edge platform.

Location / WFH:

You'll join colleagues in the London office three days a week with flexibility to work from home the other two days.

About you:

• You have strong C++ development experience on Linux or UNIX, C++17 and above
• You have good SQL skills
• You experience of building software in a financial services or trading environment
• You have a strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns
• You're a positive, proactive team member who excels when working collaboratively
• You're degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline
