Senior Technical Support Engineer (SQL REST API) WFH to £55k

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer you will join a newly established 2nd line Application Support team within the existing Service Delivery function for a key Open Banking product with a focus on API services.
You'll collaborate with the team to ensure incidents and problem resolutions are prioritised effectively and delivered within the SLA; provide technical support to partners integrating with the services; identify process improvements and implement them and assist with deployment of changes and testing the live environment.
WFH Policy:
There's flexibility to work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in London or Liverpool once a month.
