Service Desk Analyst (Windows Office 365) St. Albans / WFH to £35k
Are you a bright, ambitious Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Engineer with experience of supporting users within a Windows environment? You could be progressing your career as a Service Desk Analyst at a technology driven trading company, continually learning and developing your skills.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will support internal users with 1st line support issues that come via multiple channels e.g. email, phone, chat, face to face. You'll also get involved with the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks including installing, configuring and patching computer hardware, operating systems and applications, continually learning and progressing your career within a supportive and friendly team environment.
WFH Policy:
You'll join colleagues the St. Albans office which has been recently renovated and now boasts a fully equipped games room, onsite parking available (10 mins from M25), you'll also the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
