Site Reliability Engineer / SRE (Azure AWS Terraform Docker Linux Datadog Splunk Agile). Looking for an impactful and high responsibility Senior Site Reliability Engineer position?

You could be joining a successful digital agency that builds products and services for well-known, global clients.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the uptime and resilience of infrastructure and applications for a large enterprise level client. You'll be working closely with the client to ensure accurate delivery of services, will take ownership of end-to-end availability and performance of key services, and will build automation to prevent any issues. As a senior member of the SRE community, you will be responsible for mentoring others within the team, leading technical projects, and growing out the team.

The company is based in Leeds and London however, you can work remotely on the basis that you can commute to the office 1 - 2 days a month for meetings / socials.

Requirements:

  • You are an experienced Site Reliability Engineer / SRE with in depth Azure experience
  • You have good knowledge of AWS
  • You must have experience with Terraform, Docker, Datadog, and Splunk
  • You have experience working in Linux environments
  • You have previously had a senior role and have led technical projects
  • You have experience mentoring others in your team
  • You have experience building highly resilient systems in an Agile environment
  • You ideally can script in either Python, Perl, Bash, or Powershell
  • You ideally have experience with Google SRE

As a Site Reliability Engineer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £90k) plus up to 5% bonus and benefits.
