Software Developer / Engineer (C# .Net) Folkestone to £50k

Are you a C# Developer with eCommerce experience?

You could be progressing your career at a digital eCommerce solutions provider with ambitious growth plans.

As a C# Developer you will design and develop new features and enhancements as they reengineer the current platform to modern C# .Net 8 and React, enabling scalability. You'll have a focus on backend development but will also have opportunities to work on the React, Next.js front end, picking up new technologies on the job.

There's a small, collaborative team environment where you'll be able to influence technical discussions and decision making.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work from home model with three days in the Folkstone office per week, the office has parking, is close to the station and has an onsite gym.

About you:

• You have C# .Net software development experience
• You have experience of working in the eCommerce space
• You have a good understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies (including TDD)
• You have excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• You have experience with public cloud - Azure or AWS preferred
• You also have some experience with React and / or Next.js or are happy to learn and do some full stack development
• You're degree educated in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
