Software Engineer (Python Microservices). Are you a talented technologist who has experience working on large scale systems? Do you have a curiosity to explore and learn new technologies and progress your career within a collaborative and knowledgeable team?

You could be joining a successful FinTech solutions provider that have created a well-engineered, award winning risk management platform.

As a Software Engineer, you will be joining the core services team who own and maintain the core frameworks and tools used within the organisation. The team forms part of the broader technology team, working in collaboration with engineers and quants to grow out the technology platform that comprises multiple applications used for trade execution, portfolio management, and risk to enable clients to make key strategic trading decisions. You will architect, design, and implement some of the company's fundamental services including their parallel computing platform that is currently being built out for heavy simulations.

The company is based in London however, you can work remotely 2 days a week. The company offer fantastic benefits including a 20 - 30% bonus and a £2k training allowance.


  • You are a talented technologist who has extensive commercial Python engineering experience
  • You have experience working with large scale systems and enterprise integration patterns
  • You have knowledge of architecture patterns and experience working on event driven Microservices
  • You have obtained a 2:1 or above degree in a STEM subject, ideally Computer Science
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You have strong problem solving and analytical skills

As a Software Engineer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £80k) plus 20 - 30% bonus and benefits.
