Solution Architect (Technology Logistics) *Hybrid Working*. Opportunity for a talented Solution Architect to have an impactful and high responsibility position within a successful global travel business that provides catering services to over 119 airlines.

In this Solution Architect position, you'll be responsible for devising high level business solutions and adding strong solutions design and architectural capability to the existing IT function. You'll regularly communicate with a wide range of people at different levels including vendors, IT directors, delivery managers, product owners, in-flight services, and sales to ensure that the overall strategy is agreed and followed. You will lead at the highest level and will be responsible for governance, solving complex, high-risk issues and delivering architecture design.

The company's head office is based in Manchester however, you will only be expected to attend the offices 1 - 2 days a month.


  • A background within a similar position such as a Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect
  • Experienced in delivering complex, high level IT services and solutions within a senior position
  • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud architecture and development
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate these into technical solutions
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
