As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting German based clients who are using the company's trading systems. This is a client facing role where you will oversee 1st and 2nd line support issues, providing resolution and escalating any complex issues to the 3rd line support team. You will provide the highest level of customer service and will have ownership of the technical relationship to ensure that the customers get the greatest value from the company's services.
This role is based in Vienna. You will be able to work remotely 2 - 3 days a week.
