Test Manager / Team Lead Poole / WFH to £70k

Do you have a broad range of QA testing experience combined with leadership skills?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on management role at a technology company that's complex software solutions enable things such as tap-in / tap-out services on London transport as they scale up and expand internationally.

As a Test Manager / Team Lead you will head up a team of around thirty QA Test Engineers and have oversight of quality across the full technology stack including hardware and software. You will collaborate with software development teams, architects and product specialists to deliver new products and enhancements with responsibility for ensuring the delivery of quality test documentation, process adherence and accurate test reporting. You'll manage the team's workload, projects and resource demands as well as providing technical leadership and mentoring.

The tech stack is based on a C# .Net backend with Xamarin used for mobile development, there's a combination of manual and automated testing (c60%) with tools such as JIRA and TestRail in use.

WFH Policy:

There's a hybrid work from home policy; you'll join colleagues in the office in Poole for three days a week, parking available.

Requirements:

  • You're an experienced Test Manager with a strong knowledge of test management best practices
  • You have experience of leading Static Analysis, System, User Acceptance (UAT), Non-Functional and Automation Test phases
  • You have a background with hands-on manual and automation test experience
  • You're collaborative and comfortable to liaise with other teams and leads in technical discussions and decision making
  • You have experience of managing and leading others
