Trading Services Analyst Krakow to 11,000 PLN

Do you have a strong mathematics skills and an understanding of financial trading markets, combined with fluent German and English language skills?

As a Trading Services Analyst you'll provide first line support to clients via phone, email, web chat and social media, answering queries across a range of products and services and resolving trade queries and disputes. You'll help clients to execute trades and provide technical support. You'll also be able to participate in various projects and initiatives and will gain a strong understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, macro-economic events and various financial instruments and asset classes.

Location / WFH:

You'll join colleagues in the Krakow offices, initially on a fulltime basis but following a two month training period you can work from home two days a week.

About you:

• You are degree educated in Mathematics, Economics or Finance
• You have a good understanding of financial markets and are keen to develop your knowledge
• You have fluent German (C2) and English (C1) language skills
• You have strong analysis and problem solving skills
