Unity Developer / Team Lead Remote UK to £90k

Do you have a strong technical background with Unity and C#, now more people and management focussed?

You could be progressing your career at a growing games company that combines state of the art technology, gaming and luxury fashion.

As a Unity Developer / Team Lead you'll join the team as they scale the product to support millions of users. You'll focus on managing a small tea, providing technical guidance, carrying out 1-2-1s, code reviews and providing mentoring to develop the skills and experience within the team.

This is a senior role where you'll take ownership of complex systems and proactively address potential performance and scalability bottlenecks, helping engineers to problem solve and unblock backlog.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home from anywhere in the UK (but must be able to get to London occasionally with a weeks notice).

Please note: you must be a UK citizen or hold the right to work without visa restrictions.

About you:

• You have a strong technical background with Unity and C# development within a games environment
• You have strong people management and technical leadership skills and experience
• You're able to provide technical guidance, problem solving and remove any blockers
• You have advanced communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
