Business Analyst / Agile BA. Global FinTech is seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join their Programme Office team. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of cross functional IT projects, as well as end to end operational analysis and process definition.
Taking a pragmatic and flexible approach as a Business Analyst you will work closely with stake holders to elicit requirements including running workshops, facilitating solution discussions, estimations and producing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) as well as helping to write pitch documents / business case proposals. You'll participate in the Scrum development process; attending backlog planning meetings and end of sprint demos.
You'll based in open plan City based offices with a range of facilities and break out areas including pool table, ping pong table and roof terrace. There's a good work / life balance including flexible working hours and the option to work from home for part of the week.
*Experience of gathering requirements for large cross functional IT projects
*Advanced communication and presentation skills, pragmatic with experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and able to push back if necessary
*Able to produce clear, effective product documentation
*Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
*Excellent analysis and problem solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
*Knowledge of financial markets would be an advantage but is not necessary for someone with the right skillset
