Business Analyst (Agile). By definition, business analysts are influential.

A world-leading FinTech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to exercise their expertise and influence over the development and direction of a unique trading platform, where nearly 66.8million trades are executed, annually.

Through engagement with software development teams, you will have the opportunity to instigate transformative change; owning the process from technical specs to CRM deliverables, producing UI and navigable prototypes. Here, you will have the chance to exhibit your work, facilitating collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and software development teams across the full development life cycle. From requirements gathering at the inception stage, through to solution delivery.

Keeping pace with the high quality output of a pioneer in the world of CFD trading is a big task, and you will be required to constantly evolve and adapt, producing quality work that meets ever-changing demands. Experience working in an Agile environment is beneficial, and communication skills are vital to success here. Ultimately, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow, develop and take ownership of your work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a global trading platform.

Requirements:

*Experience as a Business Analyst within the finance sector
*Ability to produce technical documentation to a high standard, adapting style when necessary
*Tenacious attention to detail, knowledge of integrated IT systems, guiding software QA and testing
*Experience of client on-boarding, CRM and working with sales teams
*Resilience in the face of change, taking responsibility to adapt when required
*Excellent communicator, able to form collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
