Business Development Consultant (Technology Recruitment). Following our most successful year on record, with exciting expansion plans for 2020, Client Server is looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our team in our City of London office. You will be working alongside a team of Recruitment Consultants, following up leads to negotiate terms of business with prospective clients. This will be a heavily phone based role with the opportunity to meet and on-board a variety of new clients.
As a Business Development Consultant you will represent the company's core values including integrity, commitment, quality and endeavour through your work. The role will allow you to make uncapped commission by signing up clients that we successfully make placements with.
*Engaging clients of the highest quality - approaching prospective clients off the back of personal research, your network or leads generated by a team of Consultants
*Acting with integrity - negotiating terms of business to ensure value is provided to clients as well as attributed to our service
*Commitment to using the team's time effectively - qualifying each role to ensure clients are motivated to hire and enough information is passed to the delivery team
*Endeavour to work as a team - liaising with the delivery function to maximise leads generated
*Understanding and marketing Client Server's unique selling points when pitching

*Proven experience developing new business in prospective clients / existing accounts

*Experience leading client meetings to qualify both the business opportunity and role specification
