Business Development Manager (Technology IT Sales Education). Successful start-up is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. You'll be working closely with the founders of the company to help leverage the potential of the company's technology into wider and deeper markets.

As a Business Development Manager you'll be involved in market analysis, prioritisation of opportunities and building sales capabilities whilst building out a successful team around you. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a growing opportunity where you'll be able to develop new skills and have the potential to move into a Director position as you progress.

Based in Cambridge, you'll be joining a friendly, collaborative and supportive team. The company offer uncapped OTE, equity and flexible working opportunities.

*Previous experience within a Business Development role
*Experience selling learning / education products into the public sector
*Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills

As a Business Development Manager you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £40k) plus uncapped OTE and equity.
