Customer Success Manager (SaaS CRM Salesforce). Would you like to work for a successful and growing SaaS FinTech in a client facing role that will enable you to learn, specialise and develop your career?

Their capital market tools are used by Investment Banks and independent research providers to automate and analyse client service and research consumption, presenting a complete overview of the client relationship made available via the Cloud.

As a Customer Success Manager you'll build a deep understanding of products and customer needs, ensuring that business users are equipped with the knowledge they need before and after implementation / go-live and suggesting new products / features to support their business. You'll develop a specialism in an area of interest and help support and be supported by the rest of the team; work closely with Sales to help with product demos and ensure first class customer experiences.

*Strong sales / client management experience of a SaaS product
*Excellent communication and relationship building skills; strong client facing experience
*Self-driven, highly organised and responsive to customer needs
*Able to manage internal relationships to get the best for your client
*Ability to manage your own workload within a collaborative team environment
*Desirable: financial services experience, Salesforce or similar CRM

As a Customer Success Manager you will earn a competitive salary (to £70k) plus benefits.
