Job Description

Desktop Support Analyst (Microsoft Windows Office 365 MacOS). A global Investment Management firm is seeking a confident and proactive Desktop Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that produces internationally-recognised investment-analysis research and gain valuable knowledge of financial systems.

Essentially, you are the glue that holds a business together. The traction provided by your adaptability will ensure the seamless day to day technical operation of a global firm, as you will be responsible for providing all aspects of desktop support to approximately 600 users across EMEA offices. The role is fast-paced, dynamic and varied and a can-do attitude will pay off. You will support a broad range of Microsoft technologies, mobile devices and core applications, as well as providing support to audio visual services.

*Experience as a Desktop Support Analyst
*Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 administration
*Experience of supporting MacOS
*ITIL Foundation v3 Certificate in IT Service Management
*Degree educated, in computer science or IT related discipline
*Perseverance: resolving technical problems to resolution
*Patience, excellent customer service skills
*Familiarity with JAMF Pro and SCCM is beneficial
