Desktop Support Engineer (1st Line Helpdesk Windows Linux Azure MacOS MS Server). Are you a technically sharp Desktop Support Engineer, looking for an opportunity to support the fast-moving operation of a global software house whilst developing your skills and accelerating your career?

As a Desktop Support Engineer you'll report directly to the Systems Lead, taking ownership of a variety of technical issues from identification to resolution.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you'll be based at offices in Cambridge City centre a short walk from a variety of local facilities, where you can enjoy a casual dress code and a relaxed, sociable atmosphere.

*You have experience supporting Windows Desktop OS and MS Applications
*You have a solid understanding of desktop and laptop hardware
*You have good troubleshooting skills, and can relay complex technical information to a variety of audiences
*You are a passionate technologist, keen to develop your skills
*Beneficial: experience with Linux OS, automated build technologies, MS Azure
