Desktop Support Engineer (Windows 10 Helpdesk). Global Investment Research and Management firm is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to carry out Windows 10 operating system upgrades to version 1809. You'll be responsible for laptop refreshes to around 400 workstations throughout the EMEA region, carried out remotely from the London office. Around 20% of your time will be helping he London desktop team to resolve service desk details.

You will join a collaborative team based in fantastic City offices.

*Strong desktop support experience in a corporate organisation of at least 1,000 employees
*Strong knowledge of Windows 10 OS
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Advanced planning and organisational skills
