Head of Digital Product - Customer Services
Head of Digital Product (Customer Services). Would like to join a successful global business in a role that will allow you to make a real impact? Global games software house is seeking a Head of Digital Product to take ownership of a new product area for the Customer Service division.

You'll lead the Customer Service Product strategy; be the main point of contact for existing and new third party suppliers (such as Oracle and Zendesk) to optimise use of their products and drive innovation forward at pace. You'll own and be accountable for the product roadmap, ensuring it meets customer expectations and plan for improvement when not meeting expectations. Using insights, trends and customer data you will build effective response to customers' wants and needs consistently delivering fantastic user experience and services that produce increased revenue.

You will based in fantastic offices with breakout areas, pool table, quiet work spaces, console games, fully stocked kitchen and flexible working hours; working collaboratively with a friendly and upbeat team, continually learning and advancing your career.

Requirements:
*Extensive experience of product development / management
*Strong leadership skills
*Strong knowledge of digital customer service with a focus on customers' ability to self-service via introduction of new service channels, chat bots and AI
*Advanced communication skills, pragmatic, able to influence and manage stakeholders and build effective working relationships with 3rd party suppliers
*Data driven decision maker; experience of analysing trends and identifying future opportunities and how these can be realised
