Helpdesk Support Analyst / Application Support Engineer (Windows SaaS French). Are you a technically savvy French speaker looking for a new challenge? You could be joining a global business in London as they expand into France, providing customer service and deepening your knowledge of technology.

As a Helpdesk Support Analyst you will support customers on the core product; a video streaming software application that enables online interactive teaching and training. You'll be the primary contact for any support issues arising working directly with clients at all business levels; you will prioritise support tickets and manage the ticket escalation process working closely with engineering to report and track software bug resolution and diagnose nuanced performance issues spanning multiple software components.

You'll be based in a vibrant area of North London, collaborating with an upbeat team.

*Fluency in French and English language
*Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
*Familiarity with Windows Server 2008 / 2012, IIS, SQL - training will be provided
*Ideally you will have experience of supporting SaaS or web applications on an enterprise scale
*Customer focussed, collaborative
