Job Description

Helpdesk Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Analyst (Microsoft Windows Office 365 Networking). Hugely successful company that provides various marine support services to clients worldwide is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their London based team. You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team within a dynamic company that operates in 70 countries around the world.

As a Helpdesk Support Engineer you'll be responsible for providing support to end-users of the company's enterprise computer network, c600 users across the EMEA region. Day to day duties will include responding to queries and support tickets, escalating tickets to appropriate groups, installing and configuring software and hardware, providing user guidance and providing remote support to worldwide offices, you'll also be able to get involved with project based work and effectively communicate with stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Requirements:
*Previous experience working in 1st / 2nd Line Support roles
*Office 365 installation and configuration experience
*Active Directory administration experience
*Experience with Windows 7 & 10 roll outs
*Understanding of basic networking, TCP/IP
*Strong diagnostic skills, logical mindset, enjoy problem solving
