Helpdesk Support Engineer (Windows Apple Mac Microsoft Networking TCP/IP DNS). Hugely successful technology company is seeking a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their talented team. Your main role will be to support the IT Manager and IT Systems Administrator in delivering an efficient IT service across several businesses.
As a Helpdesk Support Engineer you'll be responsible for analysing client system logs and identifying potential issues with client computer systems. Other day to day duties will include; installing and configuring new hardware and software on desktop and laptops (Windows and Mac), adding and updating user account information, answering technical queries and assisting users with operating system and application queries.
Based in London, you'll be part of a friendly and professional team.
*Experience working within a Windows and / or Apple Mac environment
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop OS such as Windows 8 / 10
*Familiar with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
*Strong troubleshooting skills
*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
