A start-up tech solutions company is looking for a recent graduate to join them as a Software Developer, to work on code development using Test Driven Design principles and build prototype applications. The company has developed a unique set of data verification tools to help to standardise metadata, optimising efficiency in the NHS.
Initially, you'll be supported to get up to speed by senior colleagues with the aim of progression toward full-stack development. You'll need the tenacity to navigate the fast-paced change of a start-up environment as you will have the opportunity to work independently on projects, contributing to the development and oversight of the current software verification processes and quality assurance models.
This role would suit someone with an analytical mind and a flair for technology; willing to persevere with complex technical issues from coding bug-fixes to troubleshooting and contributing to the improvement of existing codebases. Strong communication skills will be essential, as you'll have the opportunity to engage in technical discussions with clients and collaborate with subject matter experts.

*You're have a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related discipline

As a Junior Software Developer you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £40k) plus benefits and potential share options. The company supports flexible working, with core hours from 1000 - 1600 and is based in Devon, with accessible transport links to Plymouth, Exeter and surrounding areas.
