Lead Application Support Engineer (SQL RESTful APIs OAuth JWT). Excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Application Support Engineer to be part of a leading digital challenger bank where you will help to establish an Application Support team who will be responsible for delivering top quality IT services.

As a Lead Application Support Engineer a number of your responsibilities will include; creating a new 2nd line Application Support process that integrates with the 1st and 3rd line teams, training your team on industry standard methodologies, tools and techniques, mentoring and leading your team and providing technical support to partners.

*Good SQL coding experience
*Previous experience supporting bespoke applications
*Ability to test and debug RESTful APIs and read application logs
*Team leadership or mentoring experience, preferable in the Application Support field
*Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT)
*Excellent communication skills
