Lead IT Business Analyst (Agile Trading Asset Management). Leading investment management firm that offers a fantastic working environment and perks such as 25 days holiday and performance related bonuses (circa 15%) is seeking an experienced Lead IT Business Analyst to join their team.

As an IT Business Analyst you'll be working with a number of people across IT and the business overall to gather, identify and document requirements using different Agile methods (such as user stories and workshops). You'll be working closely with software developers and testers to ensure sprint goals are met and to provide support to enable continuous delivery of solutions within the team. As this is a lead position, you'll be required to provide structure and guidance to other BA's within the scrum team.

Requirements:
*Experience leading a team of BA's previously
*Agile framework experience
*Experience with sprint planning, story estimation and continuous delivery
*Buy / sell side trading experience and likely to have a background in the asset / investment management space
*You'll have a good knowledge of trading and understand asset classes and trade lifecycles
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills

As an IT Business Analyst (Agile) you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £75k) plus 15% bonus, 10% pension, benefits and 25 days holiday.
