Leading SaaS technology company is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join their team. You'll be building relationships with clients; acting as the primary point of contact and working to gain a good understanding of their business strategies and needs. You'll be making regular visits, phone calls and updates to the client to ensure they are sufficiently serviced whilst maximising revenue opportunities for the company by identifying upselling opportunities.

*Technical understanding of buy side workflows with a specific focus on equities and listed derivatives
