Service Desk Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer (Microsoft Windows Azure). Opportunity to join a hugely successful global company and advance your career in a varied and challenging role.
As a Service Desk Engineer you will resolve 1st and 2nd line technical support calls covering a variety of issues including Active Directory administration, permissions, Application Support, Network patching and desk moves, escalating issues to 3rd parties where appropriate. You'll also be involved with PC builds, laptops, terminals and telephony systems.
You'll join a collaborative team environment and will gain exposure to a wide range of technology, continually learning and improving your skills. *Experience as a Service Desk Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer
*Good knowledge of on-premise Windows Server 2008-2019 platforms and Azure Cloud based technology
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suites from 2010 to latest 365 pro plus applications
*Experience of workstation operating systems Windows 7 and 10
*Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
*Working knowledge of networking and subnets within a multi-office environment
*Collaborative with excellent communication / customer service skills
