Support Engineer (Mac Helpdesk Jira). Would you like to be joining a rapidly expanding technology company that is working on a number of cool, high-profile projects within the video on demand space? As a Support Engineer you'll be responsible for providing support to the company's clients and internal teams. You'll be responding to all client requests, ensuring that they are resolved in accordance with SLAs and will provide hardware and software support to the internal teams. Other day to day duties will include; answering calls, emails and tickets in a timely manner, logging all issues and bugs, investigating and prioritising issues and providing clear updates on the status of issues.
Based in London, you'll be joining a hugely successful company that is working with a number of well-known clients including ITV, Channel 4 and Formula 1.
*Previous experience within a helpdesk / 1st line support role
*Good knowledge of Mac OS
*Understanding of Jira ticketing systems
*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
