Technical Operations Manager (ITIL Cloud AWS Azure Virtualisation OS Networking). Are you an experienced Technical Operations Manager looking for an opportunity to work alongside a friendly, social and incredibly intelligent team? Successful sports betting consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee their entire support operation. You'll manage a team of 15 developers, with a broad range of skills, who are responsible for providing outstanding technical support for a number of technologies. A number of your day to day duties will include; leading the technical incident management process and ensuring that remediation projects are delivered in full, overseeing the delivery of technical projects aligned to the technical operations team and being the technical escalation point for the team.

Requirements:
*Previous experience within a Technical Operations Manager role
*Practical knowledge of ITIL
*Proven experience of process improvement
*High level of technical competence in the full platform stack (Cloud, Virtualisation, OS, Networking and Storage)
*Experience managing a team including hiring and performance management
*High level of flexibility to ensure timely resolution of incidents
