Technical Support Engineer (WebRTC IP VoIP SIP). Looking for an opportunity to utilise and improve your technical support skills? As a Technical Support Engineer you'll provide first class technical support to strategic clients who reply on their real-time communication APIs and SDKs as well as managing customer bespoke projects, initiatives and tasks, partnering with Sales and collaborating with software engineers.
*Experience of investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to IP based network technologies
*Good knowledge of IP-based real-time multimedia communication technologies and protocols including WebRTC, WebSockets, SIP, RTP
*Logical mindset, with natural curiosity and a love of problem solving
*Ability to capture and pro-actively share knowledge with clients who prefer to address their own issues without having to contact support
*Experience supporting or integrating APIs or SDKs
*Familiar with building applications on iOS / Android
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills collaborative and keen to share knowledge / mentor
