IT Support Analyst (Windows Active Directory 2nd Line). Leading hedge fund that invests in the sports betting markets is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their service desk team who are responsible for providing exceptional first and second line support to customers.

As an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for; providing amazing customer services across the company and technical support across multiple sites, taking ownership of incident and request tickets and ensuring process documentation is up to date and consistent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive company who are passionate about technology.

Requirements:
*Previous experience within an IT Support role providing 2nd line support
*Practical experience with Active Directory
*Understanding of Microsoft Exchange
*Solid understanding of networking principles
*Knowledge of Windows desktop environment
