IT Support Analyst (1st Line Technology). Utilise and develop your IT Support Analyst skills within a collaborative, passionate and dedicated team of professionals.

Leading sports betting consultancy is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a skilled team of engineers who thrive on analysing, researching and resolving incidents / requests. You will be the first point of contact for all IT support issues; responding, troubleshooting and resolving user issues promptly. As part of a close knit team, you will work to meet tight deadlines whilst providing the highest level of support to the business.

Requirements:
*Previous experience within a customer facing support role
*Familiar with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
*Strong problem solving abilities
*Excellent communication skills
*Interest in technology
*Desirable: previously provided 1st line desk side support
