QA Test Engineer / Support Analyst (Manual / Automation SQL). Successful start-up software house that provide white labelled ticketing platforms to the likes of Amazon is seeking a bright, enthusiastic QA Test Engineer / Support Analyst.

Working closely with the CTO and development team you will be the sole QA, responsible for manual / exploratory testing and the move towards automation. You will also provide technical support for clients which could involve writing SQL queries for reporting and helping to automate manual tasks using Python or UNIX command line tools.

This QA Test Engineer / Support Analyst role presents an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a highly technical environment, working with experienced Software Engineers who will help develop your skillset. As the role progresses you will make the technical decisions for QA and could move into a range of different technical areas within the business.

Requirements:

*Broad range of technical knowledge with a good understanding of QA and manual / automation testing experience
*SQL skills
*Aptitude and desire to learn, quick to pick up new languages and technologies - you'll be using Selenium and Python going forward
*Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
