Support Engineer (AWS Cloud SQL). Fantastic opportunity to take on a technically challenging, client-facing support role where you will be able to utilise and develop your skills and make your mark as a Support Engineer.
Global FinTech is seeking a Support Engineer to provide tier 2 and 3 support to external clients across the globe. This is a technical, client-facing support role where you will be providing support to users of the company's trading platform utilising technical skills such as SQL queries. Other responsibilities will include; debugging to provide detailed analysis of all issues and reported bugs, system configuration and management and setting up new client environments. This role will require ad-hoc on call shifts.

*Previous experience within a client-facing technical support role
*Experience or understanding of AWS
*Financial service / trading experience
*Previous experience with SQL - running queries and reports
*Excellent communication skills
*Able to work ad-hoc on call shifts
