Support Engineer / Helpdesk (Windows). Hugely successful Investment Management firm with assets of £737 billion is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join a talented team. You will support over 400 users, troubleshooting complex issues and devising innovative solutions.

As a Support Engineer you will capture technical problems by email or phone, escalating more complicated problems and managing the resolution process. Based in fantastic City offices with a professional yet friendly environment, you will have the opportunity to make your mark and drive forward innovation.


*Experience in a large organisation supporting a large amount of users
*Windows experience
*Familiar with Microsoft Office technologies - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
*Good communication and interpersonal abilites
*Desirable: ServiceNow, ITIL
