Global leading financial software provider is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to help the company's product team deliver a new multi-asset trading platform. You will be providing external support to complex applications and take full ownership of support issues to ensure that they are resolved quickly and efficiently. Other responsibilities include; automating repetitive tasks and changing activities enabling clients to support themselves, leading and training the global support team, on boarding new clients onto the system and continuously seeking out improvements.

Requirements:
*Strong Linux experience
*Able to script and read code
*Previously supported external, complex applications
*Excellent problem solving and communication skills
*Desirable: Finance experience, FIX
