AI Enablement Lead / Trainer New York / WFH to €120,000

You could be joining a global financial services business in a newly established team tasked with driving adoption of AI tools and processes across a key business division.

As an AI Enablement Lead you will embed AI research insights, tools and workflows into training materials and live demos, helping to drive the adoption of AI within the business via the "AI Academy". You'll drive the adoption of AI tools across business units to enhance efficiency and empower users, proving documentation, presentations and various other training methods.

You'll join colleagues in fantastic, New York City based offices that offer a wide range of services and perks, with flexibility to work from home once a week.

About you:

• You're passionate about AI and its real world uses, keen to develop your career in this area
• You are degree educated in Business, Finance or a Technical discipline
• You have experience within L&D, business process and workflow improvement
• You have experience of delivering training, presentations and producing documentation
• You're a naturally confident, inquisitive individual, comfortable talking to all aspects of the business and able to influence change
• You are a US citizen or hold a valid Green Card
