Data Analyst London to £70k

Are you a bright, ambitious Data Analyst with a good understanding of financial markets?

You could be progressing your career at a hugely profitable Hedge Fund.

As a Data Analyst you will join the Data Services team, responsible for back office pricing as well as times series data for trading, data modelling and data analysis. You'll collaborate with business users to ensure they have access to the data they need, scope out new projects or data related production changes and test content; you'll also collaborate with the offshore Data Operations team to oversee their processes including cross checking, verifying and updating security and economic data. There will be a variety of complex and interesting work with continual learning opportunities.

Location / WFH:

You'll join colleagues in prestigious Central London offices (with onsite restaurant, gym etc.) with flexibility to work from home once a week.

About you:

• You have achieved a 2.1 or above in a relevant field e.g. Data, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis or other quantitative discipline
• You have commercial experience in a similar role at an investment firm or asset manager with a good understanding of various asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Commodities
• You have strong Python skills including packages such as NumPy, Pandas and Scikit-Learn
• You are proficient with SQL
• You have excellent communication, collaboration, organisation and prioritisation skills
