Head of QA Testing London / WFH to £100k

Market leading FinTech that provide real-time web connectivity market data and trading services to investment banks and other financial institutions worldwide is seeking a Head of QA.

As Head of QA Testing you will manage a team of six QA Test Engineers working with PlayWright and TypeScript to ensure the quality of the company's flagship products. You'll focus on test strategy in collaboration and as part of the senior leadership team where you'll represent QA and report on metrics. You'll manage the team's projects and resources, promote best practices and provide technical direction within an Agile development environment.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work from home model with 1-2 days in the London, City based office per week.

About you:

• You have strong management and team leadership experience of QA teams
• You have a background as a QA Test Engineer with a deep understanding of QA best practices
• You have experience of forming test strategy and overseeing its execution
• You're proactive and a great communicator, keen to be part of the leadership team and collaborate across teams
• You keep up to date with emerging technologies, can assess and recommend ways to improve QA tools and processes
• Ideally you will have experience in a similar FinTech or product focussed company
