Lead UX Designer / Researcher London / WFH to £80k
Are you an experienced UX Researcher with a good appreciation of UI design?
You could be joining a growing tech company as they expand their UK tech hub.
You'll be collaborating with a highly talented team to build a hugely successful SaaS platform that enables large corporate clients to manage AGMs, proxy and shareholder voting; the systems are large and complex with many technical challenges.
Your role:
As a Lead UX Designer / Researcher you will take a lead role in in running user research using qualitative and quantitative methods to make data driven decisions. You'll collaborate with customers, designers, product managers and engineers, problem solving and creating ideas as well as continually gathering feedback on products and making recommendations for improvements, leading regular user research and testing sessions.
You'll be the sole UX Researcher acting as an advocate for clients across internal teams, ensuring the product excels expectations.
WFH Policy:
You can work from home most of the time, meeting with colleagues in the London office once a week (or as often as you like!).
