Join one of our high performing, tech aligned teams at Client Server, a technology focused recruitment consultancy with offices in Central Cardiff that focus on placing top talent across Europe. This is a high-energy, high-reward role with clear progression and uncapped earning potential.

After a hugely successful financial year, we looking to grow the team; you'll join a warm desk with plenty of opportunity to hit the ground running. Having recently hit our annual target we paid out over £1 million in commission in the last financial year with multiple consultants billing over £250k.

What You'll Do:

• You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
• You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
• You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
• You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service

What We're Looking For:

• You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sector)
• You have a competitive and determined mindset
• You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
• You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
