Senior Platform Engineer (AWS Terraform Kubernetes) Berlin / WFH to €80,000

Opportunity to progress your career in a senior, hands-on position for a growing European FinTech that provides a suite of SaaS products for energy trading.

As a Senior Platform Engineer you will design and build scalable platform infrastructure using modern cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code practices, mainly focused on Terraform coding for AWS and hosted co-located servers. You'll join an Agile team responsible for introducing operating practices, such as for the containerization in the Kubernetes cluster to run live applications and will continually strive to create solutions that are reusable, scalable and driven by automation with security best practices and compliance in mind.

You'll also maintain and monitor platform health, ensuring performance, scalability and reliability across environments and troubleshoot platform issues, providing support / knowledge sharing to internal users.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Berlin office once a week.

About you:

• You have strong experience with infrastructure automation and IaC tools (e.g. Terraform)
• You have a good knowledge in containerization and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm) and are familiar with Git-based processes and "Git Ops"
• You have AWS experience
• You believe in automating wherever possible
• You are collaborative, with fluent English language skills
