Service Delivery Manager ITIL Nottingham / WFH to £55k
Are you a tech savvy Service Delivery Manager with excellent communication skills?
You could be progressing your career at a long-established, global insurance company that provide white-labelled services to a range of manufacturers and retailers, as they undergo a massive tech transformation.
Your day to day:
As a Service Delivery Manager you'll act as the bridge between the business (sales, customer service, call centre, senior stakeholders) and the technical team, ensuring that any issues are resolved - following the problem from report through to solution delivery.
You'll be a collaborative problem solver who facilitates communication and ensures that issues are resolved working within an ITIL framework. There's a mix of BAU as well as longer term strategic work including vendor reviews and service improvement programmes.
There's a remote interview process, following that you'll join colleagues in the Nottingham office around once a month with flexibility.
