Technical Support Analyst (SQL Java) London / WFH to £50k

Your role:
As a Technical Support Analyst you will provide 1st and 2nd line support on both web and desktop applications, issues can vary from incorrect configuration, SQL and Java errors within the application to network and infrastructure problems. You'll log, analyse and resolve a range of functional and technical product issues, diagnosing problems and escalating where appropriate. You'll work with clients, managing communication and updates to ensure customer satisfaction.

Location / WFH:
You'll be able to work from home most of the time, joining colleagues in the City office twice a week in a hybrid model.
