2nd Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Support Engineer (Windows IT Support). Looking for an opportunity to utilise and develop your Helpdesk Support Engineer skills within a collaborative, professional and globally expanding company?
Successful FinTech is seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to be responsible for responding to and resolving all incoming requests and incidents to the Service Desk (via email, portal and phone) in a professional and timely manner. Other responsibilities will include; ad hoc troubleshooting, setup, deploying and installing computer equipment, mentoring more junior members of the team and acting as an escalation point for other members of the team.

*Previous experience within an IT Service Desk role
*Good knowledge of Windows 7
*Strong problem solving skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Desirable: Exchange Server, SQL, Networking
