As a Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that customers gain the maximum value from the company's solutions by establishing lasting relationships. You'll be translating customer business and technical requirements into workable solutions and introducing them to new company solutions to increase overall usage, value and revenue.

*Previous experience within an account management, customer success or similar role
