Lead .Net Developer (C# .Net Core Agile Scrum). Are you a senior .Net Developer looking to remain hands-on and progress your career to a Lead .Net Developer position whilst working with the latest technologies and enjoying a range of perks?

You could be joining a technology driven Hedge Fund that invests in the sports betting markets, working on complex and intellectually stimulating systems; you'll be designing and developing real-time, high frequency trading applications and developing microservices on C# .Net Core.

As a Lead .Net Developer you will head up a small team, taking ownership, providing line management and growing the team; fostering a culture of continuous improvement and evangelising Agile methodologies.

You will work closely with business owners and other engineering team leads, representing your team in management meetings and participating in backlog management, requirements gathering and prioritisation and will input to plan the technical roadmap with the Head of Engineering.

Requirements:
*Expert level C# .Net design and development experience, keen to remain hands-on
*Advocate of Agile methodologies; ideally you will have acted as a Scrum Master or Agile Coash previously
*Experience of leading small teams
*Experience with microservices and distributed architecture
*Experience with web development, ideally JavaScript Angular 6 or React
*Collaborative with excellent communication skills
*Nice to have: F#
